Apartment A is located upstairs at The Hobson House. It has private access from a landing on the top floor. It features 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom with a full kitchen & eating area. The main bedroom has a queen bed + a small writing desk. There is an additional daybed in the living room that can be used as a bed or a couch. The entire apartment sleeps 3 people. 

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you should need, including a Keurig coffee maker & snacks. There is a small eating area with a dining table that seats 4. A smart tv is provided for you to access all your favorite streaming apps. If you’re feeling nostalgic there is even a DVD player with DVD’s! There is also a domino set, playing cards, UNO & puzzles available for your enjoyment!

 Apartment B is located upstairs at The Hobson House. It features 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom with a full kitchen & eating area. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed with a walk-in closet. Bedroom 2 has a Full bed with a sitting area. There is a twin bed tucked away in the living room area. 

The fully stocked kitchen has everything you should need, including a Keurig coffee maker & snacks. There is a small eating area with a dining table that seats 4. A smart tv is provided for you to access all your favorite streaming apps. If you’re feeling nostalgic there is even a DVD player with DVD’s! Apartment C is the entire downstairs of The Hobson House with private access from the front or back of the house. The entire apartment sleeps 9 people comfortably. It features 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with a large kitchen, dining & living room. Bedroom 1 has a full bed + twin bed. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has two full beds. There is a large hall bath that features a full shower with tub. The smaller bathroom off the kitchen features a shower only. Both bathrooms are supplied with towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, soap & a few extras you might need during your stay.  

There is a fully stocked kitchen with everything you should need, including a coffee bar with snacks. The kitchen island will seat 4, while the dining room table has room for 6. The living room features a sofa, love seat & oversized recliner chair. A smart tv is provided for you to access all your favorite streaming apps. If you’re feeling nostalgic there is even a VHS player with videos in the back bedroom & a DVD player with DVD’s in the living room. There is also a domino set, playing cards, UNO & puzzles available for your enjoyment!

The entire Hobson House is available to rent for larger parties. You can rent all 3 apartments together for a discounted rate. The entire house sleeps 17 people comfortably. The downstairs is a 3 bed/2 bath apt, upstairs has a 2 bed/1 bath apt & a 1 bed/1 bath apt. All apartments have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you should need to cook a large or small meal. Each one also has a dining area.  A smart tv in every apartment is provided to access all your favorite streaming apps. If you’re feeling nostalgic there is even a DVD player with DVD’s in all 3 apartments. There is also a domino set, playing cards, UNO & puzzles available for your enjoyment!
